Residenza Pierret offers two Suites, one featuring green and pink colors overlooking the Spanish Steps and one with blue, taupe, and tobacco colors overlooking via del Bottino. The suites range in size from 37 to 55 square meters and feature a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed. The maximum capacity for this room type is 4 adults.

Both suites are equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV with Sky on demand, wardrobe or walk-in closet for storing clothes, private bathroom complete with sink, bidet, and shower with chromotherapy. Various facilities are also available including a coffee machine and kettle, minibar, Ortigia brand courtesy line, safe suitable for laptops, autonomous air conditioning system, and a handy iron.
